The State party paid $17,000.00 back to ACRCC from the caucasus expenses. The FEC account is closed. 1st Vice Chair report by Ryan Spoon was given. He encouraged every PC to work hard. He shared the following dates; April5, 2024 Absentee ballots mailed out May 6, 2024 Early voting begins May 10, 2024 Absentee ballot request deadline May 17, 2024 Early voting ends May 21, 2024 Republican Primary vote! May 24, 2024 Delegate applications are due June 13-15, 2024 Republican convention in CDA May 29-31, 2024 ReOrganization meeting for ACRCC 2nd Vice Chair Sue Gaston shared her report. She has been creating activities for local youth to participate in local politics including social media posts on several media platforms.

State Committeeman Mike Hon reported on a couple of recent bills in the legislature . H 538 - pronouns , H 668 No public funds for transgender surgery, H 421 define what a male and a female are. H 710 library bill giving citizens a path to pursue if the content of books in their library are provocative. Mike encouraged the committee to share with their precincts and email their representatives and senators. Cheryl Hurd, State Committeewoman shared information regarding what democrats are doing to fundraise. ACRCC is still fundraising with silver coins and gold back dollars.

Announcements: Negotiations regarding the return of the ACRCC website have been ongoing with little to no response from the previous chairman Victor Miller and his purported lawyer. A cease and desist was served with no response. The ACRCC owns the trademark for the website.
